It is just a wonderful car, I love it, very very innovative. And could be improved a lot with materials and technology.

I can’t get satisfaction

Today I finally get back my POLAR watch. It had to be repaired and in Turin the only Polar’s Assistance point is “Time and Time”, a shop in Statuto Square. It is the only authorized point in the city. So I left my watch there the 15 Feb 08 and I get the “repaired” notification just yesterday, 2 April 08 (the notification is a cool SMS, unfortunately I had to call them 3 times to investigate why it takes so long to get repaired). I went happily there today (I was travelling and very tired) to get my ever-glorious Finnish-watch. 45 Euro the repair cost (the bracelet was broken, the battery lasted, and some water vapor infiltrated in), not very low. I took it, put it on my arm and went out of the shop. In few minutes, walking on the street I realized that the watch was not working at all. The battery signal was low, the display seems not working on the peripheral areas and the cool blue back light is not working at all!! So, I returned the watch to the shop, and I am waiting another notification.
Yes. frustrating.. this shop is really bad, there is NO TECHNICIAN IN PLACE, just a girl that is taking the watch, making the package and send it away (where?!?). A suggestion: buy a CASIO watch!

RyanAir please rescue us

Well.. it is just crazy. I cannot explain how they let me down, always. Of course, I am talking about politicians, on my side. Today Mr. Bianchi, head of iMinister of Transportantion said “Alitalia can survive until the end of the year (8-9 months)”. His colleagues, Mr. Padoa-Schioppa (and other relevant figures in the Government) is repeating that Alitalia will close in 2 months, with the today cash available. It is not the first time, and the reason is not of course on the real cash, but it is just about the propaganda, the upcoming elections. Mr. Bianchi, member of ”Sinistra Arcobaleno” (call them Communists, they will be happy) is just playing the demagogy to be supportive with the Unions, don’t caring at all to be in contradiction with his colleague.

But it is so frustrating.. not for the politician, but for the people that will listen this as an help when it is not an help at all. Please RyanAir come here and rescue us!! 

Power, Corruption and Lies

Well, Italian general elections are on the way, everything is new, everything is old. I am doubtful.. should I be happy to be here, trying to contribute, trying to convince somebody to make the right choice? or should I be sad to be here, instead to be 10 thousands miles away, to assist the hopeless political campaign, to listen absurd politician talks, to read inconsistent political programs? But I am here now, and today is a wonderful early springtime day in the north-west of Italy, with such wonderful sun. Everything around me suggest to have some hopes..
